Acknowledgment

I/We hereby certify that all statements made in this application are true. I/We hereby authorize the Landlord to conduct a personal investigation/credit check and to contact any person identified in this Rental Application. I/We understand that should any information provided be incorrect, High Rise Property Management may exercise its option to terminate my tenancy upon thirty (30) days written notice. I/We acknowledge that tenancy is limited to those over the age of eighteen on the first day of the tenancy. I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that if the Landlord provides him/her/them with confirmation that an application for the Property is approved and the Applicant subsequently pays a rental deposit for the unit, but later does not fulfill his/her/their obligations (including but not limited to signing the standard lease agreement or taking occupancy of the Property on the commencement date), High Rise Property Management will suffer damages in an amount no lesser than the value of the deposit provided under this agreement and he/she/they forgo any claim for the return of the deposit. I/We acknowledge that the information provided above is true and I/We understand that any willful dishonesty may render this application as void. I/We further agree to forfeit the security deposit should I/We not take the property, as noted above.

Pet Acknowledgment

Only applicable if you own pets.

The tenant(s) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: 1. The landlord has agreed to permit pet(s) at the premises as long as the pet requirements are met as stated on the pet agreement. 2. Any pet other than the approved pet(s) specified on the pet application must first be requested by the tenant(s) in writing giving full details and then be approved in writing by the landlord PRIOR to the pet(s) being allowed onto the premises. Pet approval may be subject to specific criteria and must be complied with. Approval is NOT guaranteed. 3. The tenant shall be liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused by the pets on the property, whether they are tenant's pets or their guests' pets and regardless of their approval status. 4. The tenant accepts full responsibility and indemnifies the landlord for any claims by or injuries to third parties of their property caused by or as a result of the actions by their pet(s) or their guest's pet(s) and regardless of the approval status. By signing the document, you are only asking for approval of the above mentioned pet(s) to be accepted at the property for which you are applying. Upon approval, a pet agreement is required to be signed.
